Teen Drive Wright
Some teens may be referred to our Teen Drive Wright course, a program for juvenile offenders of traffic/motorized vehicle offenses.
This teen traffic safety education course is part of a court alternative or obligation depending on the situation. Teens are referred from the Wright County Attorneys Office if they are eligible for the program. Court Services may also refer students as part of their sentencing or probation requirement.
Teens, along with at least one parent, must attend the 2-hour course that focuses on teen driving risks, responsibilities, and consequences. The course is interactive and involves a variety of teaching methods to meet an array of learning styles.
If you are the parent of a teen who might benefit from a course like this, but the teen has not received a citation, please contact Safe Communities of Wright County for information on course availability, fees, and registration. All courses held at the Wright County Law Enforcement Center, 3800 Braddock Avenue NE, Buffalo, MN.
